WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

The GoGetDem team are hard at work as they prepare for the 2019 World Para Athletics Championships which will be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on November 7–15, 2019. The athletes are expecting to arrive on the 4th or 5th of November.

The team: Ayishetu seidu, Yakubu Abukari, Bostyo Nkegbe, Maclean Atsu Dzidzienyo

This event is the lead up to the The 1st African Para Games which take place in Rabat, Morocco on January 26 to January 31.

Maclean is looking to the World Championship as his opportunity to qualify for the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games while Raphael is working to break his personal best time of 14.23s and bring home another medal for Ghana.
